I did not get the activation email after registration. What should I do?
If you have not received the email for any reason (e.g. it landed in the spam folder) or you have accidentally deleted it, the activation email can be resent. To do that, try to log in on the Barion main page with your email address and password. The system will warn you that the wallet has not been activated yet and also offer you the resending of the activation email. If you still do not get it, write to our customer service desk, and we will send you the activation email.
We will get back to you as soon as possible via email. If you chose answer by phone, we will call you at your preferred time interval.
