Find the purchase concerned in the history of your shop, click on it and the “Refund” button will appear, with which you can easily refund either the entire or total amount of the purchase to the source (e.g. bank card) the customer originally used to pay with.
There is no extra charge for the refund, but the original transaction has been completed, the refund is another transaction. So the original payment transaction has been made, the Gateway fee has already been deducted and will not be refunded as the card acceptance has been occured.
Important! Please note that refunding is an unusual transaction; it might, therefore, take 1 to 30 working days, depending on the processing time of the banks involved—so it is not up to us. Please inform your customers accordingly!
