What should I do if I offer products/services which are subject to notification or authorization?

If you offer products or services that require local or international notification or authorization, send Barion the necessary documentation:

  1. Log in to your Barion Wallet online, go to Customer service, and click New remark / document.
  2. Select the "Manage shops" category for the document upload.
  3. List the name and registration number of all your products or services in the "Description" field, as well as a phone number where Barion customer support can reach you.

    If a product or service doesn't require notification or authorization, indicate this in the description field.

  4. Attach the authorizational documentation for the applicable products or services, and click "Send remark / document".
