In order that you can use your Barion Wallet without restrictions, we must check the representative of the organization in a brief video call.

To do that, the first step is filling out all the fields of the datasheet in the My Wallet/Profile menu item. Here you have to make a statement regarding the actual owner(s) and another statement concerning politically exposed persons. To verify the data and the statements, you must upload a certified public certificate of incorporation and the identification documents of the actual owner(s) (e.g. articles of association, share book—see the details in the „Documents required for video identification” part).

Then, by clicking on the „Verify me” button (https://secure.barion.com/Verification/VerifyMe), you can request the verification of the data you entered and the documents you uploaded. You will be informed about the starting of the verification in an automated message. If the operator finds that the data entered and the documents uploaded are appropriate, he/she will authorize the starting of the video identification.

The Barion system will send you an automatic message about the option to start the video identification, the related information, and the “Start video chat” button will become active in your Barion Wallet.
