To use your Barion Wallet without restrictions, we need to verify the organization's representative through a short video call. Please follow the steps described here to complete the process.

If you have already received an email notifying you that your video verification request has been approved, log in to your Barion Wallet through your browser and, under the Verification menu, start the video call during business hours (between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on business days).

During the video call, have your identification documents ready:

• photo ID (ID card, passport)
• proof of address

You will also need a device with a camera and a microphone.

The video call takes approximately 5-10 minutes.
