My wallet has been suspended. What should I do?

If you have a personal Barion Wallet that has been suspended, make sure that you have completed your profile.

If your Wallet is suspended with a fully completed profile, you've reached regulatory balance or withdrawal limits, and you'll have to perform video identification to lift the restrictions.

Note that merchants with suspended Barion Wallets will still be able to receive payment over the Barion Smart Gateway as usual.
