After each successful payment, the Barion system sends a payment confirmation to the email address provided during payment. This email includes all the payment references, and details of the purchase.

If you require further investigation, send the following details to customer service:

• the exact date and time of the debit,
• the amount debited,
• the first 6 and last 4 digits of the debited bank card, and
• its expiry date.
