Individuals are identified by online-only video identification. No need to appear in person at our offices, and the process takes about 5 minutes.

To start video identification, follow these steps:

1. Fill in all the data in Wallet>Profile, and click Save.

2. Prepare the following documents:

   • Valid personal identification card, passport or driving license

   • Hungarian citizens also need to provide their home address card.

3. Click the drop-down menu next to your avatar in the top right, and select Verification, then the Start video identification button to start the video call.

Note that video identification is only available on weekdays, between 10am and 12pm.
