What does top-up limit mean?

If you haven't finished filling out your profile, you can't have an aggregated balance above HUF 45,000/EUR 120/CZK 3,200/USD 140. Barion Wallets with a fully completed profile but not verified via due diligence are capped at a balance of HUF 300,000/EUR 900/CZK 22,500/USD 900. Check your limits online on the Wallet>Limits screen.
