We’ve increased the security of your Barion Wallet: instead of using a password that can be guessed, forgotten, or stolen, you authenticate yourself by unlocking your mobile phone, typically using your fingerprint.

To further protect your Barion Wallet, you’ll also be prompted to authenticate using the Barion mobile app whenever you attempt the following:

• sending someone money
• starting a bank transfer
• modifying (adding to or deleting from) your list of authentication methods
• closing your Barion Wallet
