My wallet has been suspended. What should I do?
Your Barion Wallet will become automatically suspended if any of the limits in the system is exceeded.
If you, an individual with an incomplete profile, reach the limit in your wallet, your wallet will become suspended until you provide your personal data in the My Wallet/Profile menu item.
Or, if you, for instance, initiate a withdrawal (bank transfer) higher than the annual limit from your wallet with the “Simplified due diligence” level, or your balance is higher than allowed, your wallet will remain suspended until the completion of the comprehensive due diligence process.
If your wallet has been suspended due to reaching any of the regulatory limits please ask for video identification.
