Daily responsibilities:

Owning the product roadmap like a captain steering a ship through fintech waters 🚢.
Prioritizing features and enhancements to ensure we deliver maximum value to our users.
Crafting clear and concise user stories and requirements that empower our developers to do their best work ✍️.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
Running backlog refinement sessions to keep priorities clear and the development process smooth 🧹.
Working closely with developers, designers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution and top-notch delivery 🚀.
Keeping a close eye on analytics, user feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the product 📊.
Acting as the voice of the customer, making sure our solutions solve real problems in meaningful ways.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in Product Ownership or Product Management (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or a fast-moving tech environment).
Agile & Scrum knowledge: You’re comfortable working in iterative development cycles and be part of a scrum team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: You can break down complex issues and find simple, effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills: You can seamlessly communicate with developers about tech and align with stakeholders on business goals 🎤
Ability to prioritize effectively: You balance competing needs and ensure the most impactful work gets done first.
Conversational English: Strong written and verbal English skills

Nice to have experience:

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure Devops, and product management tools 📋.
Knowledge of fintech, payments, or digital banking 💳.
UX/UI understanding—because great products aren’t just functional; they’re delightful 🎨.

Hiring process:

Initial introduction (10-15 min, phone call): A brief phone conversation with the Hiring Manager to introduce our company and the role and discuss your background, experience, and career goals.
Online assessment (30 min): Complete a TestGorilla evaluation focused on problem-solving and product owner skills
Technical interview (45 min): Deep dive into your domain expertise and analytical approach with our Product Owner
Optional culture fit interview (30 min): Informal chat with a company leader to explore alignment with our values and team dynamics
