You can connect your Barion shop to an invoicing application, allowing you to include a Barion payment link on the invoices you send to your customers, regardless of whether the invoice is issued before or after fulfillment.

This is useful if you do not operate a webshop but instead fulfill custom orders, or if you want to allow your customers to modify their orders after they have been placed.

When creating a Barion shop for the use of an invoicing application, please note the following:

• In the “Shop URL” field, enter the URL of your invoicing application.
• The only exception is Superfaktura: if you use this, enter your webshop's URL instead.
• In the “Other information” field, provide:
• the URL of your webshop or website (if you have one),
• whether invoices are sent before or after the purchase, and
• how many days before or after the purchase the invoices are sent.
• In the To-do list, select the option “I would like to use this Barion shop exclusively with an invoicing app”.
• Receipts and transaction records associated with a shop used together with an invoicing application must be managed separately from those of any other Barion shop.

Important: This is entirely independent of the invoice that merchants are required to issue after purchases made through a webshop, which must be handled outside the Barion system. For more information, see the related FAQ page.
