You can link a Barion Shop to an invoicing app so that instead of paying online in your webshop, your customers get an app-generated invoice with a payment link to the Barion Smart Gateway. You can then send this invoice to your customers for them to settle before or after delivery.

This can come in handy if you fulfil individual orders without having a webshop, or if you'd like to let your customers modify their orders after placing them.

To offer this option instead of a webhsop or as a feature added to your existing webshop, you need to create a new Barion shop, that you'll be using exclusively for generating payment links.

When creating the separate Barion shop to integrate with your invoicing software, make sure of the following:

• Enter the URL of the invoicing app in the "Shop URL" field. If you're using Superfaktúra/Superfaktura, enter your webshop URL in this field as usual.
• Enter in the "Other information" field:
  • your webshop or website URL,
  • whether you'll be generating the invoice before or after the purchase, and
  • the number of days this takes.
• Select the "I would like to use this shop only for an invoicing program" option in the to-do list.

Note that the new shop's receipts and payments are handled separately from your other shop(s).

Note that using invoicing software doesn't exempt you from issuing your customers an invoice for each of their purchases in your webshop. For more information, read the dedicated FAQ article.
