I couldn't add my device as authentication method

If you've run into trouble trying to add your device as an authentication method, check the following:

  • Your device is running Android 9 (28 API level), or iOS14 or higher.
  • Your device is set to receive notifications from Barion.
  • Your device has a screen lock and biometric security set up.

If the issue persists, get in touch with Barion customer care with the following info:

  • Are you trying to add the device as an authentication method online or in the Barion mobile app?
  • What device or browser are you using?
  • What version is your device OS?
  • Do you get an error message during login? If yes, try to attach a screenshot or photo.
