You can download the proof of a bank transfer, if:

• you have completed the full identification process in your Barion Wallet, and
• the bank transfer is successful.

To download the proof of the transfer:

1. Click on the Activity menu item.
2. Find the bank transfer for which you'd like to download the document (you can use filters to help you find it).
3. Click on the row of the transaction to view the transaction details.
4. Click on the “Download Proof of Transfer” button.
• The file will be downloaded as a PDF.

If the “Download Proof of Transfer” button doesn’t appear, the transfer isn’t successful yet. For information about bank transfer processing times, see here.
