If you forgot your password, and cannot log in, you can give a new password on the login page, with the "Did you forget your password?" option. In this case you have to answer your security question, which you gave, when you activated your wallet.

After you enter your email address and verification code, we will send you an email. Click on the link in the email, then enter your new password and the answer to your security question! Then all you have to do is log in with your new password!
