I can't authenticate, because I'm not getting a notification on my authentication method

If you're not getting a push notification on your selected authentication method, log in on the Barion mobile app. This should show all your pending authentication prompts for you to confirm.

If you still can't authenticate, check the following:

  • Your device is running the latest Barion app version.
  • Mobile data or Wi-fi is enabled.
  • Power saver (Android), or Do not disturb/Sleep (iPhone) mode is turned off.
  • Notifications for the Barion app are enabled.
