There are three possible reasons why the system won’t let you close your Barion Wallet:

• You have one or more transactions of any kind pending.
• As soon as all transactions are complete, you’ll be able to close the Barion Wallet.
• You have different amounts in several currencies.
• With one exception, transfer the balances of all subaccounts to any bank account or send them to another Barion Wallet, and try again.
• Your Wallet is suspended.
• Please, let us know by creating a new remark under the Customer service menu item.
