The main factor that drives Barion's approval decisions is risk, and we consider the following:

• financial background,
• reputation, and
• the types of products or services.

Some activities are rejected outright, and shops with some activities are approved only with custom policies and conditions.

A shop may be rejected after an initial approval – we do our best to avoid this, but Barion isn't liable to reimburse costs incurred if this should happen to you.
