Individuals are identified by online-only video identification. No need to appear in person at our office, and the process takes about 5 minutes.

To start video identification, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Wallet through your browser.
2. Fill out all the data in the Profile menu, and click on Save at the and of the page.
3. Prepare the following documents:
• Valid personal identification card, passport or driving license
• Hungarian citizens also need to provide their home address card.
4. Click on the profile icon in the top left corner, and select Verification, then click on Verify your identity so you can start video identification through the video call.

Note that video identification is only available on business days, between 10am and 12pm.
