If a payment went through successfully in Barion, but you'd like a refund, get in touch with the merchant. Only the the webshop is able to give you your money back – Barion sends you an automated notification email if the merchant decides to refund your order.
Only the payment method you actually used for the payment can be refunded.
Refunds might take up to 30 days, depending on the banks involved. For further information about the refund, inquire at your bank – refunds aren't ordinary transactions, and you may not get a notification about them from your bank.
If your credit card changed during the refund period, and the refund was unsuccessful, contact the merchant to arrange a refund, such as by bank transfer.
