After each successful payment, the Barion system sends a payment confirmation to the email address provided on the Gateway. This email includes all the payment references, and details of the purchase.

If you require further investigation, send the following details to hello@barion.com:

• a transaction record downloaded from your bank’s interface showing:
• the exact date and time of the charge;
• the charged amount;
• the first 6 and last 4 digits of the charged bank card; and
• the expiry date of the charged bank card.
